Communication Matters International AAC Conference is the UK’s leading annual AAC event, uniting researchers, professionals, suppliers, AAC users, and their families to share knowledge and experiences.

Hosted at the University of Leeds, the Conference attracts:

Exhibitor Opportunities

Please see the different exhibition opportunities for this year’s conference. Exhibition stands are sold as space only and are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Should you have any questions please contact [email protected].

All exhibitors will be given the opportunity to submit one presentation for the “Exhibitor strand.” Please note, due to limited slots they will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Book now to avoid disappointment! After your stand is booked, we will send a link so you can submit your organisation’s abstract of no more than 300 words.

Gold Exhibitor

  • As Gold Exhibitor, your company receives the highest level of conference visibility. We view our Gold Exhibitor as a key partner and will work closely with you to maximise opportunities to showcase and promote your brand.
  • Premium triple stand space (6m x 2m) in a prime location, including three tables, chairs, and power sockets
  • Gold Exhibitor acknowledgment, with your logo and URL displayed on the conference website and keynote/plenary holding slides

Supplier Strand

  • This is an opportunity to have a strand/parallel session within the programme for a full day.
  • It is a great opportunity to use a dedicated room to utilise in whatever way you require.
  • This could be set up for workshop sessions, seminars, symposium etc. and allow a more hands on approach.
