(If you join part way through the year, you will receive back issues of the Journal.)
  • free attendance at Communication Matters’ events including AAC Information days, workshops and online events on topics and research that influence future provision and service of AAC

International Members Welcome

We accept international members from countries that don't currently have an ISAAC Chapter - that means we are happy to welcome members from Eire, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Germany and many other countries.

Journal mailings

Hard copy journals are mailed to all UK members. Electronic journals are sent to all UK and international members.

All members automatically receive the Communication Matters Journal, published three times a year, as part of their membership subscription.

If you would like to add any of the following ISAAC journals or newsletters to your subscription, you will need to use our Pay by Invoice options on this page.

£81 (AAC Users/Family and Students, £49): The official journal of ISAAC, the International Society for Augmentative and Alternative Communication contains original articles that apply directly to people with complex communication needs for whom augmentative and alternative communication techniques and systems may be appropriate.

It is published quarterly in March, June, September and December (ISSN print 0743-4618; ISSN online 1477-3848). You can find further details about the journal on ISAAC’s website.

£41: The AGOSCI in Focus newsletter  is published by AGOSCI Inc (previously known as the Australian Group on Severe Communication Impairment).

It is an ISAAC-affiliated publication and is published twice a year.

ISAAC-Israel Newsletter, £26: The ISAAC Israel Journal is an ISAAC-affiliated publication.

It is published annually in the spring of each year, in Hebrew with a few English abstracts.
