Referral process
The EAT Service Wales accepts referrals on a standardised referral form from any HCPC registered healthcare professional. Once referred the triage system identifies the patient’s likely needs and prioritises the referral. If local service input is required (default), the relevant professional services are involved in the assessment and trials process.
