Following the announcement of the strategic partnership in North America and the United Kingdom between Toby Churchill Ltd and DynaVox earlier this month, Toby Churchill Ltd will now sell and support all DynaVox products in the UK, effective July 1, 2013. What does this mean for our existing DynaVox customers?
DynaVox and Toby Churchill Ltd have partnered together to ensure the strongest offering of solutions to our customers in the United Kingdom. For over 40 years, Toby Churchill Ltd has supported those that require innovative communication technology in the UK and abroad. Their range of communication products supports the particular and changing needs of people living with speech impairments. Toby Churchill Ltd will provide the same excellent and dedicated support to our loyal DynaVox customers as they offer to all Toby Churchill Ltd customers today.
DynaVox customers will benefit by having access to the full product line of Toby Churchill Ltd products as well as DynaVox’s products – both of which will be available from one provider, Toby Churchill Ltd. More than just an expanded product range, UK customers will receive support via Toby Churchill Ltd’s local coverage throughout the UK.

How can I best have my questions addressed after July 1st?
Toby Churchill Ltd and DynaVox have been working together to provide a seamless transition so you will continue to experience excellent service and support moving forward. Toby Churchill Ltd will send an introductory letter to you the first weeks of July, explaining how to locate your Toby Churchill Ltd Consultant and how to contact Toby Churchill Ltd with a technical support or funding question. In addition, you are encouraged to continue to utilize www.dynavox.co.uk as an online resource for product information, training supports, and implementation strategies.
