Seminar Rooms

  • The Main Hall is in John Foster Hall (ground floor)

  • Room 4 is in Stamford House (ground floor)

John Foster Hall

  • The Main Hall where plenary and other sessions will be held. The Annual Meeting of Associate members will be held here (Sunday 5-6pm), as well as the Sunday Quiz (9-10pm) & Monday Disco (9pm).

  • Bar

Stamford House

  • Seminar Rooms 4 & 5

Stamford Hall & Beaumont Hall

  • Sunday Buffet Dinner will be served in Stamford Hall Dining Room in two sittings: 7pm-8pm and 8pm-9pm (be sure to bring your Sunday dinner Card with you). A bar will also be open here.
  • Breakfast - on Monday and Tuesday, breakfast will be served in Stamford Hall Dining Room 7.30am-9.15am. A useful tip: get to breakfast as early as possible to avoid long queues. Please let people who use AAC, personal support assistants and parents with children go to the front of the queue
  • The Symposium Dinner will be served in Stamford and Beaumont Hall dining rooms on Monday at 7.30 sharp (and in John Foster Hall). Important: Due to the fixed number of seats available in each dining room, you must use the dining room specified on your Symposium Dinner ticket.

Exhibition Marquee

The Exhibition Marquee is situated beside Shirley House. The exhibition will be open on Sunday from 5pm, and on Monday & Tuesday from 9am.

Lunch, Teas/Coffees & Sunday Trustees’ Drinks Reception will be in the marquee. There are a limited number of tables and chairs - please give priority to people who use AAC, family members and enablers.
