Conference Registration
The Communication Matters National Conference is a popular event so we advise booking early, not only to ensure your place but to benefit from early bird booking discounts!
There are several categories of registration, all allow entry to the Conference Programme and trade exhibition, and include teas, coffees and buffet lunch:
- Residential (two nights) - £440 (Earlybird rate £385 if paying before 31 July)
- Residential (one night) - £385 (Earlybird rate £330 if paying before 31 July)
- Non-Residential - £325 (Earlybird rate £270 if paying before 31 July)
- Subsidised (for people who use AAC and their families) - £90 plus £60 for each Personal Assistant - N.B. These places are limited - first come first served. If you are not a current member: membership is free if you have not been a member before, otherwise please add £11 membership fee.

Notes: The above prices are for members of Communication Matters. If you are not currently a member and do not qualify for a subsidised place, you must include membership fees (membership runs from 1 January to 31 December) of £58 for Individual membership or £160 for Organisational membership.
Subsidised Places
If you use AAC or are a family member of someone who uses AAC - you are invited to apply for a subsidised place.All meals and accommodation are included, and you may also bring up to two personal assistants.
If you are not a current member, a membership fee of £11 payable unless you have not been a member before, in which case the first year’s membership is free. There are a limited number of subsidised places available - first come first served - so be sure to apply early to avoid disappointment.
