NHS jobs page will shortly show a Band 7 Highly Specialist full-time permanent post in the Neurodisability Service at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Applicants should have experience and interest in working with children with a wide range of neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism and cerebral palsy, and with approaches which include the selection and evaluation of augmentative communication systems. Postgraduate studies (for example, Masters qualification) important, as is teaching/training experience.
There will also be temporary maternity leave sessions for 3 days per week for 7-8 months: support would be offered to candidates seeking research funding to extend this contract via study awards.
