The autumn Trustees meeting is allocated to Strategy and Planning for CM. We want to be sure that the associate membership are involved in this. So we are providing the opportunity for you to comment and contribute both in a facilitated session and through a feedback form which is available on the Communication Matters stand.
The aim of the session is to consider our activity and to discuss the possibilities for Communication Matters in the future. The objectives will be to:
- Revise the Mission Statement and Aims
- Review membership fees
- Reconsider staffing needs
- Reflect on our communications.
The session is appropriate for people who use AAC. Please bring your thoughts and prepare longer comments in advance on your AAC device if you would like to contribute to the discussion.
