AAC Study Days
You will qualify for a £25 discount towards the cost of attending any AAC Study Day organised by Communication Matters.
Communication Matters Road Shows
You will be entitled to free entry to any Commujnication Matters Road Show held throughout the UK (including free lunch and refreshments).
Communication Matters National Symposium
You will be eligible to attend the Communication Matters Symposium at a reduced rate. This is an annual event bringing together professionals from many disciplines, people who use AAC and their families and manufacturers/suppliers. Institutional membership entitles 3 persons to attend at reduced rate; Commercial & Corporate members are eligible for special exhibitor rates.
ISAAC Membership
- You will receive a copy of the ISAAC membership directory if you join before May.
- You will be able to order the following journals and newsletters at substantially reduced rates:
- Augmentative and Alternative Communication – ISAAC’s official academic publication with a research orientation. (Reduced rate)
- AGOSCI News – the newsletter of the Australian Group on Severe Communication Impairment. (Reduced Rate)
- ISAAC-Israel Newsletter – contains news and articles from the ISAAC-Israel chapter, in Hebrew with English abstracts. (Reduced Rate)
- Unterstutzte Kommunikation - the newsletter of ISAAC-GSC, published in German. (Reduced Rate)
- You will be eligible for reduced rates at the ISAAC Biennial Conference. ISAAC-Institutional members can send two persons at reduced rate; Corporate members benefit from reduced exhibition and advertising rates.

You will be able to access the Membership area of the Communication Matters web site which contains exclusive information for members only. In addition, you will receive monthly email bulletins with advanced notice on events and updates in the field of AAC.

Members will have opportunities to participate in consultations and workshops that affect the future of AAC provision and services.
Commercial & Corporate Members
Commercial and Corporate members are eligible to participate in the CM Road Shows and benefit from special conference exhibition rates.
